Jan 12 Dinner at Gringo Kurts!

Gringo Kurts is where Todd and I managed to eat at just about every day of our 6 nights in Bahia Drake. Gringo Kurt dropped out of his HSBC banking job at 30 years old back in the USA. He decided to move to Bahia Drake and open a restaurant. He has 3 things on the menu: fish taco, fish on pasta and fish wrapped in banana leaf along with mash tators veggies (seen in pic). The only thing that changes is the type of fish caught. I ate Yellow Fin, Mahi Mahi, Striped Marlin and Black Marlin.
